Our subscription bouquet order and selection process is simple and easy. . Our floral stock changes with the seasons so we cannot guarantee certain blooms, but will always do our best to honour your requests — just let us know your colour or style preferences in the notes section.

Please note we do not offer delivery on Mondays.

You can update your billing information and view your subscription details for your account on our website. You will be prompted to create a password at checkout so you have full control over your bouquet service.

We can also make sure your bouquets are pet friendly. Make sure to indicate your request in the notes section before you checkout.

HEADING OUT OF TOWN, AND WON’T BE HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR FLOWERS? You can send us an email at hello@theflowerpetaler.ca to temporarily change your delivery date, or send your scheduled bouquet to another address.

DELIVERY DATE SLIPPED YOUR MIND? If you’re not home when we send for delivery, we will either leave your bouquet safely at your door or take it back to the studio with us for a second delivery attempt the next day. If we are unable to complete our second delivery attempt, we will reach out to you to arrange a studio pickup. Once we reach out to you for studio pickup, we will hold your bouquet for a maximum of three days.

You will be charged for your first bouquet on the day of purchase, and the charge will continue on the interval selected for your bouquet service. Your delivery interval will not commence until your selected start date and will recur on that same day of the week for the duration of your subscription.
